"matlabPyrTools", "feature_util" and "edison_matlab_interface" are thee folders contain files to compute mean-shift segmentation. The "result" folder contains five subfolders, corresponding to result of five evaluation criteria. We have provided precomputed segmentation of two benchmark datasets, MSRA1000(ASD) and BSD300(SOD). The "data" folder contains mean-shift segmentation of each image in a dataset. I read about the 'OutputView' attribute but I don't know how to use it if I want to reference an image to datapoints instead of two images with each other.Welcome to evalsaliency, a Matlab toolbox for evaluating salient object detection algorithms. Additionally, the length of the middle red line is not the same as the length of the line formed by the datapoints. As you will see, this results in an image being transformed correctly but not plotted in the correct position directly below the datapoints. I choose first point: lower left datapoint, second point: upper right datapoint, third point: datapoint in the middle. The MagnetGInput command links those points to the respective datapoints. First point on the lower end, second point on the upper end and the third point in the middle. The first three points I choose on the middle red line of the image in the background. The two ginput commands are used to determine the control points for fitgeotrans. I have put together a working example that might help to make clear what I am trying to achieve. ![]()
